This Staking V2 upgrade transforms validators from running full nodes and monitoring the network to sending block proofs, with the main goal of assessing their activity before they take on roles that influence Starknet consensus (planned to be completed by the end of 2025). Additionally, the proposal introduces a new transparent commission adjustment feature to enhance economic incentives.
