[Chain News] OpenAI CEO Sam Altman publicly requested Elon Musk to sign an affidavit, proving that he has never directed changes to a certain social media platform's algorithm to undermine competitors or benefit his own company. Altman stated that if Musk signs the relevant documents, he will publicly apologize. Previously, Altman had questioned Musk's use of platform advantages to harm competitors' interests.
