The crypto market is highly competitive: real rise has become the key to project survival.
Crypto Market's Internal Competition Era: Returning to Real Growth Driven Value
The current crypto market is in an unprecedented era of intense competition. This is not just a problem of so-called "VC coins," but a challenge faced by the entire market. The recent bull market has seen Bitcoin reach new highs, yet it has not led to a widespread surge in altcoins, which confirms the overall liquidity shortage in the market.
The fundamental reason for this situation lies in the excessive investment and unreasonable valuations during the previous cycle. A large number of projects that should have been eliminated received funding and entered the secondary market with high valuations, while the lack of external cash flow intensified the degree of market competition. This created a pyramid structure where the upper levels profit by exploiting the lower levels and withdrawing liquidity, further exacerbating distrust in the market.
In such a large environment, the mortality rate of projects and tokens will significantly increase. The previous "technological theory", "background theory", and "narrativism" are no longer sufficient to support project development; the only thing the market believes in is real growth - user growth, revenue growth, and adoption growth.
To achieve real rise, project parties need to pay attention to the following points:
Organic growth is crucial. The role of the CMO should not be underestimated, spending 70% of the time on strategic thinking, 20% on planning, and 10% on efficient execution.
Establish deep cooperation with key KOLs. Founders should personally communicate one-on-one with key KOLs rather than simply outsourcing.
Use protocol revenue as the primary rise metric. Building a sustainable business model and revenue sources is fundamental.
Establish a real economic model. This includes sustainable sources of income, reasonable token cycle design, treating incentives as investment behavior, and addressing issues such as the solidification of chip structure.
Only by returning to real growth can projects stand out in this challenging era of intense competition and regain the trust and recognition of the market.
