On June 3, Jin10 reported that the Trump administration filed an appeal with the Supreme Court on the 2nd, seeking to overturn a temporary injunction issued by a federal court that prevents federal agencies and the Office of Management and Budget from moving forward with large-scale layoffs and restructuring plans. Deputy Attorney General John Saul stated in the appeal that the personnel control of federal agencies is at the core of presidential power and that the president can exercise this core constitutional power without special permission from Congress.
